Sally: Ah, you selected the pic taken only a few weeks ago in Queensland! Do you think that looks like Kylie???? People sometimes say that but I don't see it at all! CosmicTribune: Do you have a favorite pic of yourself? Sally: My favorite pic is the one on myspace now in the pink! CosmicTribune: When did you first get started in modeling?
Sally: Well... two reasons! First was, I won my first teen pageant "Miss Australia" which I did for fun.. well actually mum forced me to and put me in some stupid red dress. Apparently I won for my smile. After that I had heaps of photos taken for every local newspaper and I loved it. Sally: Second was, I worked as a photographer for many years and my boss took a shot of me for fun while we were doing a wedding and it turned out great, so we did some more on another day. I loved it too! CosmicTribune: So I guess now you're glad that your mom encouraged you? Did I read at your website that she was a model too? Sally: No my mum was not a model but I've seen pics of her at my age.... wow she was HOT!!!! CosmicTribune: I see that working with Hawaiian Tropics brought you to Las Vegas. Do you like to travel? Sally: Working as a Hawaiian Tropics Model has been one of the biggest highlights in my life. Las Vegas was crazy. When I got out into the airport terminal there were pokie machines everywhere. I could not believe it. I almost wet my pants (not literally) in the bus as I was so scared of being on the wrong side of the road) |

CosmicTribune: LoL, that's right, you guys drive on the other side of the road Sally: Yea and it was my first time being on that side. I held on to my seat so tight!!!!! Everyone else thought it was funny! CosmicTribune: Which is the favorite place you've travelled to? Sally: Gosh, I love to see places with cultures different from mine. My first culture shock was Vanuatu. These places live in such a peaceful place. My fondest memory was sitting on the beach of Champagne Bay eating a fresh lobster wrapped in banana leaf. Monte Carlo in France was beautiful too but Paris....WOW!!!!!!! Now that is a place I really want to go to again! It is full of romance! CosmicTribune: Meet any sexy frenchmen there? Sally: No I didn't because all the H.T girls and Ron had to stay real close together and we were not really meant to be picking up as it doesn't make the company look good! But their accents were so sexy, shame, as that they didn't look sexy!!! |
CosmicTribune: What are you wearing right now?
Sally: I am in an internet cafe and just wearing my panties... ha ha ha , nah, right now I am wearing my Kawasaki top from when I was a grid girl for them, cute little jeans and sandles. It's summer here right now! CosmicTribune: Most embarrassing moment on a model shoot/job? Sally: My most embarrassing job, ohhhh I know... I got begged by my promo agency to do this job at priceline and hand out shampoo samples. We put about twenty sachets into every ladies handbag at the start and sat in the staffroom and hid for the rest of the day. I felt so stupid doing it. CosmicTribune: I see you've done some video work - for a rap music video. Have you done much acting? Are you hoping modeling will lead to acting or television work? Sally: Yea for Liquid Silva. He is sooooo amazing. This guy can rap any thing straight off the cuff and it sounds so good that it could go straight on to the radio. I love performing, what ever that is... acting, dancing, modeling for the video camera whatever. I have done a little bit in TV and movies before and now I have got a taste for it, I would love to seek some bigger work. |

CosmicTribune: It's sort of a dull standard question - Where do you see yourself in 5 years ? Sally: These questions everyone always has some amazing answers for but I'm at the point where my whole future is changing! Doors are opening up to me and I'm at the point whether I decide to keep on the professional side or take a chance and making it bigger in modeling! I definitely am taking up real estate investing and have half a house saved as a deposit! CosmicTribune: Married / In Relationship / Single ? Sally: I am single. CosmicTribune: Ever been dumped by a boyfriend? Sally: Oh, yea! I have been dumped many times mostly because I am too busy for them. They can't handle my busy lifestyle. CosmicTribune: What part of you gets the most compliments? And what part of you never looks as good as you might wish ? |
Sally: I get my eyes a lot because of the colour. People always ask me if I wear contacts
and sometimes I almost have to get to the point where I would have to poke my eye to
convince them. Also my smile. Every now and then I get a comment about my body.
Going to the beach I get a few looks by the boys!!!!
I don't know if it is just me, but I dont like my body without heels on because I
like long legs. I usually stand on my toes when I have bare feet in a shoot!
CosmicTribune: What's a typical Sally Arnott workout to stay in shape? Sally: I stay in shape by trying to eat healthy, but I can't help giving into luxuries. I am lucky that my genes are good to me but when I am not feeling happy with myself I pump some music or put on a workout DVD, get on the floor of my loungeroom and burn fat by cardio, squats, leg raises and pushups, stuff like that. Also I love roller blading down the beach. Sex can be good too... Ha Ha Ha CosmicTribune: Most unusual place you've had sex? Sally: Ummm...sorry.. give me a minute to think about this? CosmicTribune: Are there so many? lol. Or none that you want to admit to? lol Sally: Ok I'll give you one... but it's kind of tame. At the beach in the water when there were many people around us that had no idea what was going on! |

CosmicTribune: Lol.......boooooring Sally: Well what's your most unusual place then....?????!!!!!!!!!!!!! CosmicTribune: On a squash court. I was playing my girlfriend a game of squash at a community center late at night. It was very competitive and after I had won her t-shirt was soaked with sweat and ... (edited out) Sally: Ok I'm laughing, very good! I am into long sessions.... CosmicTribune: Do you spend much time surfing the internet? Favorite websites? Sally: I love the internet. I can't go less than two days without checking my e-mails or myspace. I love reading my messages and browsing. Generally I will look up any thing modeling related, update my sites, organizing photoshoots with photographers, stuff like that. Myspace is my favorite at the moment. I can be on it for over an hour - sometimes three! It's crazy! |
CosmicTribune: When you're a model, is it made clear to you that you have to sort of maintain
a "goody 2 shoes" reputation? We've all read about the problems Miss USA and Miss Nevada
have had recently.
Sally: Yea that's why I have not entered Miss Universe, cause I am a good girl but have slipped up once or twice! CosmicTribune: How so? Sally: Ohhhhh... NO!!!! not telling! CosmicTribune: Are there any pics or videos that might be embarrassing? Sally: Yea some out with my friends..... You know, pics of me drunk with my hands on my girlfriend's ass! CosmicTribune: That probably wouldn't get you into trouble. Sally: Yea, well I think ass is ok but think of all those old folks judging these things.... they would not agree |

CosmicTribune: Are you straight or bi ? Sally: Straight, very straight! I like men and am not into girls sexually but that doesn't mean I don't mind appreciating a great looking girl! CosmicTribune: Who do you think are sexiest hollywood actresses or models? Sally: The sexiest, ummm.. where do I start. Jessie (gardner on Desperate Housewives) he was hotter in person cause he was so down to earth yet sexy. I hung out with him in a Hollywood club. I wished I kissed him! Damn. CosmicTribune: What type of martial arts are you trained in ? Sally: (Go Kan Ryu) I did it for 8 years I think. I won a few state championships which is really cool. I had a killer combo that was hard to block! It was my secret weapon. I trained twice a week doing double lessons. full on!!!! I also was a teacher too for the juniors CosmicTribune: Best Christmas present received this year? Sally: I dont know what was my BEST but my worst definitely stands out. We did kriss kringle this year and had to spend $70 on our person. I got $70 in a card, not very thoughtful hey!!!!!!! I make heaps of money, all I wanted was a gift for Christmas! CosmicTribune: Biggest misconception people have about you? Sally: People mistake me for this REALLY confident girl, deep down I am quite shy but I have to push myself to be louder and more outgoing to get noticed. At junior school I had no friends as I had no confidence and was very quiet. I learned to push myself out there to stay in the pack!
