You should hear me when I'm critiquing models and photographer portfolios. I'm tired of seeing photographers with amateur quality photos demanding that they get paid for their "services" CosmicTribune: How long have you been modeling Natalie: For about 6 years CosmicTribune: Did you look at any of the models Cosmic Tribune has posted? Natalie: I looked at most of them. Enjoyed reading the interviews, actually. Very beautiful work in their portfolios. |

Natalie: Yes, it does. And it gives the model the chance to show her personality. I love the idea CosmicTribune: Well let's talk about you Natalie: I am finishing up the last of the Xmen movies. What I really wish I had was The Pirates of the Caribbean CosmicTribune: What type movies do you like? Natalie: I like anything but chick flicks and dramas .... sci-fi, fantasy, comedy, action, comic book movies too, of course. I like Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom ... and Kiera. I'm a fan of a lot of stars CosmicTribune: Do you like the Lord Of The Rings trilogy? Natalie: Love it! Golem is very well done in that movie. He tends to be one of my favorites, along with Legolas, of course. CosmicTribune: Drool ?? lol. Are you bi? Natalie: Most definitely CosmicTribune: Mmmmm lol. Who do you think are the sexiest actresses? Ones you wouldn't mind sharing a bed with? Natalie: Jessica Alba. I used to have a thing for Catherine Zeta-Jones. But it bothers me that she is so big .... I like girls that are smaller, more my size. And don't laugh at me for this one .... but the girl that plays the band geek in American Pie and Willow on Buffy the Vampire Slayer CosmicTribune: Alyson Hannigan Natalie: Yes, she. I just watched the first of the American Pie movies ... I forgot how long ago that one was. She looked so young and awkward. CosmicTribune: When did you have your first girl girl experience ? Natalie: I was way too shy and awkward while in high school. I knew I liked them, but I couldn't make it happen for me in the prissy yuppy town I lived in. So it didn't happen for me till shortly after. |

Natalie: ha ha .... I've heard that one before CosmicTribune: When was your first modeling shoot? Natalie: 1 week after I turned 18. It was a portfolio shoot I booked online. I had been interested in modeling for a while and researched it online. CosmicTribune: You were happy with how it turned out? Natalie: Not a chance! It took me a long time to grow into my look .... it's like when you see teen actors and actresses when they are going through that awkward stage in growing .... well, I stayed there for a while before getting better. CosmicTribune: Have you done any girl girl photo shoots? Natalie: I always welcome the chance to pose with another girl .... but it's harder to find photographers that will shoot 2 girls without it being porn. I used to live in Dallas, which had plenty of good photographers. Now that I'm in Louisiana, it's not so easy. I am hoping to move to Cali in a year or so |

CosmicTribune: Why the move to cali? Natalie: For my career. NYC is the place to be for modeling ... but I can't take the cold. Chicago is good but it's still cold. So, that leaves Florida or Cali and there is more work in Cali and I've heard it's an awesome place. CosmicTribune: When you're raised in the south your body is different from those of us in the north Natalie: Yes it is. I remember when I was at a shoot in Chicago, the photographers were laughing at me because in the fall I was wearing a sweater and a coat and they were wearing t-shirts and I was still complaining of it being too chilly. I wasn't expecting 4 different seasons. Here we have hot, hotter, and chilly CosmicTribune: Have you done any acting? Natalie: I have done a bit of acting. I have been in one full length feature film and then countless shorts CosmicTribune: What movie was it Natalie: Revenge Bites. A B-movie about vampires. I was bitten and killed during a "love making" scene with this chick that happened to be my friend. I sort of got her the part. It was actually kind of funny cuz here this vampire pops up into bed with us and we have this awkward moment cuz previous to her becoming a vampire, the other girl and I were tormenting her. I happen to be a horror b-movie fan .... I love how absolutely absurd and hilarious they can be. Terrible effects, bad plot, worse acting |
CosmicTribune: What are you wearing right now?
Natalie: But the question is ... do I answer honestly? lmao It depends on how I have them draped over me cuz I'm just in my bed sheets. CosmicTribune: Oh my, a bed interview. nice Natalie: Actually my bed is currently in the livingroom in front of the tv which sits right next to the computer. Blow-up beds are handy. It's a movie marathon night!! CosmicTribune: I have no complaints about interviewing models while they are naked. Natalie: And I have no complaints interviewing naked. Unless I was interviewing with oprah ... that would be awkward CosmicTribune: Most embarrassing moment on a model shoot? Natalie: Well, there was this one time that I decided to bring my girlfriend to a shoot. It was an out of town shoot but she traveled with me and everything was fine until she met the photographers. She decided that she didn't like the photographers and went off the deep end. To make a very long story short, she ended up slapping me in front of 2 photographers and 3 or 4 other models and then storming out to go call a cab and proceeded to call me all evening asking why I wasn't back at the room with her. Oh yeah, and she slapped me because I was drinking some wine, after her telling me many drinking stories about her and her friends. |

CosmicTribune: I assume she was your lover? Natalie: Yes, unfortunately. When I finally got back to the room that night, she told me that she wanted me to quit modeling and then came onto me. That is the only time I ever faked an orgasm. CosmicTribune: I find your bisexual part interesting Natalie: A lot do ..... I get asked a lot of questions about it. But the weirdest conversation I had about it was with my mother. CosmicTribune: How did that go? Natalie: If only you could see the expression on my face right now. My mom and I are very open about a lot of things. But that was an odd conversation. Nothing could prepare me for that. What made it so rough was that she was asking what it is like being with a woman, and genuinely wanting to know. Now, my ex-bf's brother's gf asked me while the 4 of us were sitting around one day talking ... and I had no problem answering that. I blurted out "like making out but with a tongue and jaw cramp". Everyone laughed and it sparked this 5 minute conversation with her and her boyfriend discussing this cramp in detail and specific instances .... that part I could have dealt without. |
CosmicTribune: What is better about being with a girl?
Natalie: Sweet intimate things they do and the female form ... but I've been with girls that about put me to sleep too. It's more about the relationship with a woman CosmicTribune: What is better about being with a guy? Natalie: Quickies are easier CosmicTribune: lol Natalie: lol CosmicTribune: Which celebrity do people say you look like? Natalie: I've heard that about several ... but mostly I hear that I look like "that girl from Sex In the City" and then have to listen to 5 minutes of them trying to figure out and explain which one they are thinking of. I've heard Natalie Portman once or twice, though I don't see it CosmicTribune: I think you and Natalie would make a cute couple. What's a typical workout to stay in shape? Lots of sex ? Natalie: <--giggles .... Yes, lots of sex. But I also like to go for a jog, and do a light workout at home. I hate working out in gyms because I don't like the idea of people watching me. You make the worst expressions. |

CosmicTribune: Biggest misconception people have about you? Natalie: I'm not sure as I don't have a clue as to what people think of me. Back when I started modeling, most thought that I was this nice, sweet, timid girl. But I think the word has gotten out as I don't surprise people with my sarcastic, crass sexual, or feisty comments anymore CosmicTribune: If you could go on a dinner date with anyone, who would it be with? Natalie: That's a difficult one ... I would say Robin Williams, Carlos Mencia, or Weird Al, but I might choke on my food from laughter. I would say Jessica Alba, Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom .... but I wouldn't be able to eat as I'd be too afraid that I'd be a clutz and somehow make a mess. Sadly enough, it does happen. I am a clutz CosmicTribune: What would you have to eat? Natalie: That's easy ..... Grilled Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with cold tea, no lemon, and possibly a warm mint tea as well ... and dessert would be key lime pie. I love Italian food. I cook Italian food almost exclusively. Over half of my pantry is filled with pastas CosmicTribune: I love Italian food. Will you marry me? Natalie: No, because then I'd have to share it and I don't think I could handle that CosmicTribune: Favorite music/bands? Natalie: I can tell you my favorite music genre ... but that's about as much as I can narrow it down. I love rock, old and new, soft or hard, punky too. I like some chick music, like Sarah McLaughlin or Jewel. Reggae is awsome too CosmicTribune: Complete the following - "I wish I had" and also "If I could change anything" Natalie: I wish I had more money so I could dedicate my life to creating wonderful photographs and not have to worry about making a living at it or compromising my art with a day job. If I could change anything, I would have people learn quicker from their mistakes. Life is too short to keep making the same mistake over and over. CosmicTribune: Do you have any secret talents we don't know about? Natalie: I can roller skate. Nobody seems to do that anymore. I even used to compete in the little races that they would hold. CosmicTribune: Last question - tell me something I don't know Natalie: Well, I do have a bit of a thing for corsets. And not the cute little corset styled lingerie ... I mean the true corsets, hardboned ones. I have asthma, so the constraining of the chest is a normal feeling for me CosmicTribune: Oh, almost forgot a question. Single, married, in relationship?
