CosmicTribune: Hi Andria, who are you shooting with today? Andria: I am shooting with the local newspaper, they do a monthly women's magazine and I have been asked to appear on the cover. CosmicTribune: Your Father was a photographer, right? How many years have you been at it? Andria: Yes, my father was a photographer. He always took photos and home videos of my sister and I as we grew up, so we are both big hams! CosmicTribune: I see that your sister took a different path - she's a pro body builder. Have you and her been in any photo shoots together? Andria: She is actually a professional fitness competitor. We haven't done any photo shoots together yet but we have discussed it and would love too! CosmicTribune: Are you into weight training yourself? Andria: Yes, I love working out. Weights, running, pilates...lately I have been more interested in cross training so I mix my workouts up with trail runs, mountain biking, those types of activities. |
CosmicTribune: You've got a great portfolio. Have an all-time favorite pic ?
Andria: I am partial to an image of me taken by Lori Smith that was featured in the July 2006 issue of Maxim magazine when I was one of the top 100 Hometown Hotties. CosmicTribune: ~~Gulp~~ That's hot. Which part of you gets the most compliments? Andria: I get the most compliments on my abs, smile, and my biceps! CosmicTribune: Which part of you sometimes doesn't look as good as you would wish? Andria: I have to do a lot of cardio to stay lean, so it's not really a specific body part. As long as I am eating well and putting my time in at the gym, I am happy with my body. CosmicTribune: Modeling accomplishment you are most proud of? Andria: I am proud of being a 2006 Hometown Hotties Semifinalist (top 100), because thousands of beautiful girls enter the contest. I am also proud to be a TeaseUm model. I traveled to Jamaica with the TeaseUm staff in April 2007 for a week of photo shoots, and plan on returning to Jamaica to work with them again very soon. |

CosmicTribune: Done much acting ? Andria: I recently filmed a commercial for the Hedonism II Resort in Negril, Jamaica and will be appearing in Craig Morgan's "International Harvester" music video. I will also be filming some promotional pieces for a snowboard company this summer. I love acting so I am hoping to do more projects like this in the future. CosmicTribune: Which celebrity do people say you look like? Andria: People always tell me I look like Mariah Carey! I have heard that hundreds of times, sometimes more than once in a day! CosmicTribune: Biggest misconception people have about you? Andria: That I am self absorbed or dumb because I am a model. I pride myself on the fact that I have a couple degrees and am very intelligent. I actually work as an ICU nurse and plan on becoming a Nurse Anesthetist. So next time you have surgery it may be me putting you out! CosmicTribune: I saw you have one of our previous Cosmic Cuties, Tracy Lynne Pendergast, on your myspace list. You and Tracy are pals? |
Andria: Yes! I love Tracy to death. I met her in Spain last month when we were attending
the Ujena Bikini Jam. She and I were roommates and hit it off so well. We spent most of our
time together when not shooting and will be friends for life! We will both be in Puerto Vallarta,
Mexico for the International Ujena Bikini Jam.
CosmicTribune: You don't shoot nudes, right? So no Playboy magazine ever for you? Andria: Correct, I don't do nudes. The only way I would do Playboy is if it were implied nudity and everything were covered. I believe some things should be kept sacred. CosmicTribune: Are you very political? Andria: Unfortunately no. I have never been too interested in politics and that is something I would like to change. If you present an issue to me I will definitely have an opinion on it however. CosmicTribune: Are you supportive of the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan? Andria: I support the troops 100%! I was an active volunteer at Fort Bragg in North Carolina for the Army. I would love it if our troops could pull out of Iraq, but I also would like to see the problems resolved there first so that all the soldiers that have sacrificed their lives (and their families) will not have been in vain. So I have mixed emotions about it. |

CosmicTribune: Wow, not just beautiful and smart - also patriotic. Andria: God Bless our troops and their families CosmicTribune: If you could go on a dinner date with anyone in the world, who would it be with? Andria: That's tough- it's between Ryan Reynolds, Matthew McConaughey, and Jude Law! They are all incredibly sexy! CosmicTribune: What sort of sports stuff have you done? Andria: I started dancing and doing gymnastics when I was 3. In school I played a little basketball, volleyball, and softball, and was on the dance team in high school and college. I have been snowboarding for 7 years and have also learned to surf, skateboard, and wakeboard. Extreme sports are by far my favorite! CosmicTribune: Have any other secret talents we don't know about? Andria: Haha oh yes plenty. I have mastered the art of persuasion for one.....and I'm pretty good at CPR! I think I am a good writer as well. The rest I will leave up to your imagination- let's just say the answer is YES. |

Andria: All of the above CosmicTribune: LoL Andria: Seriously though- is there a bad one? CosmicTribune: Complete the following - "I wish I had" and also "If I could change anything" Andria: I wish I had.. a guarantee that myself and everyone I love will go to heaven. If I could change anything....I would want world peace- that sounds so pageanty and cliche but wouldn't that be amazing? Can you really conceive that? And I would want everyone to spay and neuter their pets and strays so that we could stop the unneccesary pet overpopulation and subsequent death of so many animals- oh and I would want cancer cured too! Whew! CosmicTribune: Last question - Tell me something I don't know Andria: I have 3 sexy little birthmarks. CosmicTribune: Where at ? Andria: It's a mystery! CosmicTribune: Thank you Andria ! |
